The DCinemaCompliance Group is a Partnership of 11 companies, each with decades of experience in the Entertainment Technologies field. Among other activities, each group has expertise in large project installations and each has participated in the 35 year analog to digital transition in Professional Audio, Video, Post-Production and Broadcast. Some have tangential DCinema experience, some have installed dozens of systems as contract players for other groups. 

The companies are geographically located such that the Group is truly International, able to provide excellent local support world-wide.

And since our experience is tangential but non-competeing, we are truly Independent. 

Operations are handled from the Silicon Valley of Europe, Sophia Antipolis. 

The purpose of the group is to provide the DCinema industry with a coordinated set of procedures, a system of on-line training and reports, and a method for assisting studios, integrators and cinema facilities to verify and maintain system-level conformance with all compliance standards.

DCinemaCompliance founder, Charles "C J" Flynn has installed and supported DCinema equipment from several manufacturers since the run-up began, 2 StarWars ago. From Sligo in Ireland to Quangzhou in China, from the Cannes and Venice Film Festivals to ShowEast and CineExpo, he had been responsible for installing and hitting play and training and supporting clients in many languages and at all times of the day and night. In 2006 he developed a post-installation Quality Control protocol for a client manufacturer, which prompted this international partners group, DCinemaCompliance.

Earlier to moving operations to Europe, Flynn was General Manager of GML, Inc., designers and manufacturers of custom mix- console automation systems, plus other esoteric audio products.
